Returns & Exchanges
At Aubrey's Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
